Ristynes (Ristynės) is a traditional wrestling style, originating from Lithuania. It allows grips on the opponent's garments, and allows grip fighting/changing grips during the match.
Two versions of rules for grips: one is with a set over-under clinch that is held for the whole match, the other allows for free grips (above the belt) and grip fighting.
